As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on it’s way.
 From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. Your order can be tracked with the tracking no. you’ll receive in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY KNITTED ITEM…

Emdal Colorknit stands for the highest quality so if you think there is a fault with your Knitted item, please contact us immediately. We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the Knitted items and we will try to sort it out for you.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT KNITTED ITEM IN MY ORDER…

If you have received an incorrect Knitted item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service.

A KNITTED ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER…

Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see what’s missing. If there is an Knitted item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel, please contact Customer Service immediately. Include your Order Number and the Name of the knitted item you wanted, and we’ll look into it.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Emdal Colorknit offers a simple and easy return service.

Simply post the Knitted items to be returned (in original, unused condition) to:

Please include the order number the return relates to.
 Once we have received the returned Knitted item, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. A refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEM…

Instead, simply follow the instructions above and you will be issued a refund when we receive the unwanted product. In the mean time, you can place an order for the correct Knitted item and it will be shipped immediately.
