1. ORDERING WITH EMDAL COLORKNIT

 

Confirmation:

By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

 

 

 

2. PAYMENT TYPES

 

Paypal:

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here

 

Paying with Paypal:

When Paypal is used to pay for an order, the address on the order must be identical to the address in the Paypal account used for payment. This is a security requirement of Paypal. If the addresses don’t match then the order will not be sent.

 

 

Paying with Dankort (DK):

We accept payment via Dankort (DK). When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed

 

 

Prices:

All displayed prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment or delivery charges. Emdal Colorknit retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices can be displayed in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK)
Euro (EUR)

 

 

Local taxes:

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

 

 

 

3. WARRANTIES & RETURNS

 

Right of return:

Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), excluding the shipping.

 

- All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang-tags etc. must be intact.

- No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.

- PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH THE HANGTAG-needle DIRECT ON THE KNITTED FABRIC

 

Returns, which do not complete with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Therefore, send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

 

If you wish to exchange an item for another style then place an order for the new item and return the original. The purchase price of the original item will be refunded upon receipt and inspection.

 

 

Warranty claims:

All Emdal Colorknit products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact Customer Service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim. Write to shop@emdalcolorknit.dk

 

 

 

4. SHIPPING

 

General:

Emdal Colorknit ship all orders with Post Danmark (danish post). All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping of the order.

 

 

 

Delivery time:

Denmark: 1-3 working days

Europe: 2-3 working days

International: 3-5 working days

Emdal Colorknit handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
